Can I use an ordinary office ink pad to create a print?
Yes, office ink pad will do fine, but we suggest to use a fresh pad with plenty of ink, so the print carries over as much detail as possible.
Can I submit more than one fingerprint, foot print or paw print?
Yes, In fact, we encourage you to take more than one print, and then send us the two you think are best for you.
Can you make a custom piece of jewellery, different from anything you have in your catalog?
We would be more than happy in making your wishes come true. Please do not hesitate to contact us (please use contact details on our website).
Can I have my piece of jewellery remade, in case I lose it or it gets damaged?
Yes. We store all the details from your order and we are able to craft another piece of jewellery (or more pieces) from the print you originally sent us.
